Anyone know any good software for SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

For the most part, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) really focuses on the user being able to be cleaver with content on their webpages. That takes more of a user perspective.
I am looking for software that will look at other webpages that are similar and let me know comparatively what I can do that these other competitors use.
Might seem far fetched – any Ideas?
I use website auditor for optimize my webpages and X-site pro for create my website.

Hi Adam,
Based on your criteria I think SEO Spyglass is exactly what you’re looking for. It sounds like you’re more focused on on-page optimization, but SEO Spyglass will let you see the backlinks that your competition has and analyze them on many different levels. You can get the free version of the program here: http://www.link-assistant.com/seo-spyglass/
P.S. I use the free version myself, haven’t felt the need to get the paid yet.

Honestly, in my experience premium tools are usually better than free tools. If I’d had to pick one, it would be the SEOmoz tool arsenal. The tools there really give you the competitive advantage. Downside: It’s $99/month.
